Mont Pelée

Started from the large parking lot at the l'Aileron trailhead sometime after noon. The trail up to the 3rd shelter was steep in places and rough, but well-signed, and the footing was good. No mud!

Climbing up above the 3rd shelter, the trail was often nothing more than a bunch of slippery boulders. After stumbling around in the strong wind in the flat area near the top, I found the trail that leads to the true summit ("Le Chinois").

Wasn't surprised to not see many people, given the wet conditions and lack of views today.
